Penuche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 2 tbsp. crisco, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
