Penny's Vegetable Soup
Penny'S Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables, 2 c. chopped, peeled potatoes, 1 medium onion, grated, 1 pt. green beans and 1 lb. extra lean ground beef*, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large pot with a little water, simmer vegetables and onion. While vegetables are cooking, drop small ground beef balls into boiling water in a separate pot.
When vegetables are tender; drain meat balls and add to mixed vegetables.
Add juice, spices, sugar and salt; simmer together 45 minutes to blend flavors. Makes a large pot of soup.
