Peggy'S Lower Fat Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 5 tbsp. fat-free margarine*, 2 tbsp. light mayonnaise and 3/4 to 1 c. low-fat buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix mayonnaise and margarine.
Cut in flour until crumbly.
Slowly add milk until right firmness.
Flour board and knead dough only slightly before rolling out and cutting biscuits.
