Peggy's Hawaiian Sweet Potato Balls
Peggy'S Hawaiian Sweet Potato Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large potatoes, cooked and mashed, 2 to 3 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine mashed sweet potatoes, butter, seasonings and brown sugar.
Drop 1/3 to 1/2 cup of sweet potato mixture onto waxed paper containing crushed cornflakes and roll into balls.
Place balls on pineapple on buttered cookie sheet.
Top with cherry. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
