Peggy's Chicken
Peggy'S Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, boned and halved, 8 strips bacon, 1/2 pt. sour cream, 1 can mushroom soup and chipped beef to cover bottom of cooking dish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wrap 1 strip of bacon around rolled half of chicken breast. Put 8 pieces of breast in casserole which has been covered with one layer of chipped beef.
Mix sour cream and soup.
Pour over chicken.
Do not add salt as bacon and chipped beef supply enough. Cook uncovered 3 hours in 300Β° oven.
Bacon and chipped beef will be almost absorbed, chicken will be juicy inside.
Can leave in oven 1 hour after heat is turned off, so it is great for company.
