Pecos Pasta
Pecos Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 small green pepper, chopped, 1 small onion, chopped and 2 (15 oz.) cans chili, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Melt butter; add green pepper and onion.
Cook until tender.
Do not brown.
Add chili, corn, seasoned salt and pepper.
Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Stir in cooked macaroni; top with cheese. Cover and heat on low for 5 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
