Combine brown sugar, flour and pecans.
Add remaining ingredients.
Lightly spray mini-muffin pan with cooking spray and fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
If using a dark pan, bake at 325°.
