Pecan Pie Cake
Pecan Pie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 stick margarine, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. brown sugar and 1 1/2 c. dark karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Set one cake mix aside and put remainder into large mixing with melted margarine and one beaten egg. Stir until consistency of cookie dough. Spread into bottom of 11 x 13-inch cake pan and bake in 350Β° oven for approximately 15 minutes.
The one cup of remaining cake mix and add 3 beaten eggs and remaining ingredients.
Pour over crust like cake and bake for about 25 minutes.
