Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 tbsp. soft butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put all ingredients, except pecans and pie shell, in blender or processor.
Mix until thoroughly well blended.
With spoon, combine mixture and pecans.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 400° for the first 5 minutes, then at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes. Pie is done when springy to touch.
It firms up as it cools.
