Pecan Pie
Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients in a blender for about 15 seconds.
Add 1 1/2 cups pecans.
Blend 5 more seconds.
Pour into pie shell.
Top with whole half pecans.
Bake 35 minutes at 400Β°.
