Pecan Kisses is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg white until stiff.
Add brown sugar, nuts and vanilla.
Preheat oven to 250Β°.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cut oven off and let set for 25 minutes.
Cool before removing from cookie sheet.
