Pecan Kisses
Pecan Kisses is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 3/4 c. light brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat egg white until soft peaks form.
Slowly mix in brown sugar, then vanilla.
Mix until very stiff.
Fold in pecans.
With a spoon, place 1 pecan, coated in mixture, at a time on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool. Can be frozen.
