Pecan Kisses
Pecan Kisses is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1/8 tsp. salt, 2 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vinegar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg whites with salt until peak forms.
Gradually beat in sugar, vinegar and vanilla.
Continue beating until very stiff. Fold in pecans.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 300Β° for 15 or 20 minutes or until firm.
You may add food colorings for different seasons of the year.
