Pecan Fudge Pie
Pecan Fudge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. unsweetened chocolate morsels, 4 eggs, 1 c. chopped pecans and 3 tbsp. syrup (corn), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
Beat eggs until light, then beat in sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add nuts and slightly cooled chocolate mix.
Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350Β° for 25 to 35 minutes, until top is crusty and filling is set, but soft inside.
Do not overbake!!
