Pear Honey
Pear Honey is an easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. ripe pears, 1 c. crushed pineapple, 5 c. sugar and grated rind and juice of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash, peel and core pears.
Slice before measuring.
Put through a food chopper, using fine blade.
Combine pears and pineapple.
Add lemon rind and juice.
Add sugar and cook over slow heat, stirring frequently.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Pour into jars and seal.
Process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Yields 4 pints.
