Peanut Soup
Peanut Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh chicken or your meat of choice, 32 oz. unsalted peanut butter, 1 qt. water, 1 (3 oz.) can tomato paste and 1 large onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Steam chicken and season to taste.
In separate pot, mix peanut butter and water; cook to boiling, using medium heat and stirring constantly.
Appearance in beginning will be milky white, but will turn a light brown as it continues to cook.
Blenderize tomato paste and onion to a liquid state.
Once all this is finished, mix all together with ginger, Tabasco or red pepper and return to a low simmer.
Serves 4.
