Peanut Pattie
Peanut Pattie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. canned milk, 3/4 c. white karo syrup, 3 c. raw peanuts and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix ingredients; stir until sugar dissolves.
Cook to a firm (but not hard ball).
Remove from fire and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/8 teaspoon salt and a few drops red coloring.
Beat until thick. Drop by spoonfuls on a buttered dish.
(Not waxed paper, it will stick.)
Or you can pour on a buttered plate and cut later.
