Place pork loins in shallow roasting pan; season with salt and pepper.
Insert meat thermometer.
Bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours or until thermometer reads 170°.
Meanwhile, combine orange juice and peanut butter.
When thermometer reads 170° brush sauce on roast and continue baking and basting 15 to 20 minutes more.
Serves 15.
