Mix sugar and milk.
Bring to a boil and boil to soft ball stage (234Β°).
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla.
Spread in greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Spoon melted chocolate chips over fudge and swirl with a knife.
