Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 baked pie shell, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 4 tbsp. cornstarch and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter until it resembles meal. Spread 3/4 of mixture on pie crust.
Cook cornstarch, sugar, salt, milk, egg yolks, butter and vanilla until thick.
Pour into pie shell on top of peanut butter mixture.
Top with meringue and sprinkle with remaining peanut butter mixture.
