Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter flavored crisco, 1 c. peanut butter, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. water and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Beat first 3 ingredients until creamy.
Beat in water, egg and vanilla.
Add combined dry ingredients and mix well.
Cover and chill about 2 hours.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with tines of fork dipped in sugar to form crisscross pattern.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool completely and store tightly covered.
