Peanut Butter Mousse Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 3/4 c. peanut butter, 1 c. milk and 4 1/2 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Whip cream cheese at low speed until soft and fluffy.
Beat in sugar and peanut butter at medium speed.
Slowly beat in milk; fold Cool Whip into mixture.
Pour half of filling into each shell.

Freeze until firm, and then cut into wedges.
If stored for any length of time in freezer, wrap pie before freezing to exclude air.
