Peanut Butter Meringues
Peanut Butter Meringues is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. chunky peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat egg whites until fluffy.
Add sugar gradually and beat until mixture will hold firm peaks.
Fold in vanilla and peanut butter very gently until barely mixed.
Drop by teaspoonfuls (be sure to have some meringue and peanut butter in each) on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool on baking sheet 1 minute.
Remove to rack and cool thoroughly.
