Peanut Butter Icing
Peanut Butter Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. milk, 2 tbsp. karo syrup, 1 tbsp. margarine and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, milk and Karo in heavy saucepan.
Bring to rolling boil and boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and place in pan of cold water.
Add margarine, peanut butter and vanilla, beat until it thickens to spreading consistency.
(Don't give up, sometimes it takes a little while to thicken.)
If it gets too thick, add a little milk.
