Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. whole milk, 2 c. sugar and 1 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Prepare a pie pan by buttering it well.
Put milk and sugar into a 2 or 3-quart pan.
Stir with a wooden spoon until sugar is absorbed into the milk.
Place on low heat and cook slowly, stirring very little, until a few drops dropped into cold water make a soft ball.
Remove from fire.
Add peanut butter.
Stir until mixture starts getting thick; pour into prepared pan and spread.
Cut before it hardens too much.
