Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. peanut butter and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter.
Add sugar, milk and bring to a boil.
Cook 4 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent scorching. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla.
Beat until ready to pour. Put in a buttered dish and cut when cooled.
This recipe works well when doubled and put in a buttered 8 x 8 Pyrex dish.
Also cooks better in a heavy pan.
