Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 sticks butter, 3/4 c. evaporated milk, 1 (7 oz.) marshmallow cream and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook on medium heat sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
Bring to a boil.
Boil exactly 5 minutes (no longer).
Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, the jar of marshmallow cream and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Let cool and cut into squares.
