Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. confectioners sugar, 18 oz. peanut butter, 28 oz. marshmallow cream, 1/4 to 1/3 c. chocolate chips and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add confectioners sugar to water and bring to a boil.
Boil until clarifies (approximately 2 minutes) and remove from heat. Add marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla extract.
Stir rapidly until uniform in color.
Before mixing sets, pour into a 9-inch baking pan (greased) and agitate to distribute evenly.
Add chocolate chips on top.
Place in refrigerator until firm, approximately 2 hours.
Cut into squares.
