Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 c. marshmallow cream and 1 c. chunky peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine sugar and milk in greased heavy 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Cook covered for 2 to 3 minutes or until steam washes sugar crystals from sides of pan.
Cook uncovered to 234 to 240Β° on candy thermometer or the soft ball stage.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into buttered 9 x 9-inch dish.
Let stand until firm.
