Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. milk, 1/2 of pt. jar marshmallow crème, 1 c. chunky peanut butter and 15 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Butter sides of heavy 2-quart saucepan.
Combine sugar and milk in pan.
Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture boils.
Cook to soft ball stage (234°).
Remove from heat.
Quickly add Crème, peanut butter, chocolate chips and vanilla.
Stir just until blended.
Pour into buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Score 1 inch squares while warm.
