Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 cubes (14 oz.) eagle brand chocolate or vanilla-flavored candy coating, 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, dash of salt, 1/2 c. peanut butter and 1/2 c. chopped peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt candy coating with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter, then peanuts and vanilla.
Spread evenly into waxed paper-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Chill 2 hours.
Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.
