Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (1 lb.) boxes light brown sugar, 1 (18 oz.) peanut butter, 1 tsp. vanilla (optional) and 3/4 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix brown sugar and water until mixture is moist.
Bring to a rolling boil on high heat.
Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and blend in 1/2 jar of peanut butter until smooth.
Add remainder of peanut butter and vanilla and blend and beat until it thickens.
Spread mixture in buttered 12 x 7 x 1-inch dish.
When mixture sets solid, cut into blocks of your choice.
