Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white sugar, 2 1/4 c. brown sugar (1 lb. box), 3/4 c. milk, 1 small jar marshmallow and 1 1/2 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Add white sugar, brown sugar, milk and salt together in saucepan.
Heat to a boil; boil for 1 1/2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Quickly add peanut butter, marshmallow, vanilla and walnuts, while stirring as much as possible.
Stir until starts to thicken, then pour into lightly greased pan (9 x 13-inch).
