Peanut Butter Drop Cookies
Peanut Butter Drop Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 3/4 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 c. shortening and 1/2 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Sift flour once; measure.
Add salt and baking powder, then sift again.
Cream the shortening, peanut butter and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the eggs.
Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk, beating until smooth. Fold in raisins and add vanilla to blend.
Drop by teaspoon on a lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
Bake in a 375Β° oven for 10 minutes or until done.
