Peanut Butter "Cups"
Peanut Butter "Cups" is an easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. peanut butter, 2 1/3 c. confectioners sugar, 1 1/3 c. crushed graham crackers and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine graham crackers and melted margarine.
Mix peanut butter and sugar; mix thoroughly.
Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt the chocolate over hot water and then spread evenly over the crumbs.
Cool in the refrigerator until firm.
Cuts best at room temperature.
Can be served in a small cupcake paper cup.
