Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut Butter Cups is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 c. peanut butter, 1/4 c. light corn syrup, 2 c. powdered sugar and 2 (8 oz.) boxes semi-sweet chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend together the ingredients.
Too moist, add a little powdered sugar; if too dry, add a little corn syrup and peanut butter.
Mixture size balls.
Place ball into center of the miniature size cupcake papers.
Melt chocolate and pour into cups to fill. May need to add some paraffin wax to chocolate (size of a walnut).
Yield: approximately 50 cups.
