Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. peanut butter, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1 egg and 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Allow butter to come to room temperature.
Cream together butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and flour.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into balls and place about 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
Flatten with a fork in crisscross pattern.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
