Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
Peanut Butter Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened, 3/4 c. white sugar, 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
In larger bowl, beat margarine/butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chips. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Drop by teaspoonfuls (2-inches apart) onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove cookies with spatula and let cool on wire racks. Enjoy!
