Peanut Butter Candy
Peanut Butter Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine (1 1/2 sticks), 2/3 c. (5 1/3 oz.) evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) jar smooth/crunchy peanut butter (less if desired) and 1 (7 oz.) jar kraft marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and Marshmallow Crème until melted.
Add vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.
Makes approximately 3 pounds.
