Peanut Butter Cake
Peanut Butter Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. oil and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine margarine, water, peanut butter and oil.
Bring to a boil.
Turn off heat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well until blended and pour onto a greased and floured 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet.
(It will be a very thin batter.)
Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
(If using a 9 x 13 greased and floured pan, bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.)
Cool and frost.
