Peanut Butter Buckeyes
Peanut Butter Buckeyes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 oz.) jar jif creamy peanut butter (2 c.; it is important that you use jif), 2 sticks margarine, 1 1/2 lb. confectioners sugar, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips and 3/4 cake paraffin wax, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix together the peanut butter, margarine and confectioners sugar.
Form into balls and place on a wax paper covered cookie sheet in the refrigerator until cold.
Melt together in double boiler, the chocolate chips and paraffin wax.
Using a toothpick, dip balls in chocolate.
You can make lots and freeze them.
