Peanut Butter Balls(Also Called Buckeyes)
Peanut Butter Balls(Also Called Buckeyes) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar, 1/2 lb. butter, melted, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 stick paraffin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix peanut butter, sugar and melted butter, mixing well. Chill.
Roll into small round balls (about 1 1/2 inches round). Melt paraffin in saucepan over low to medium/low heat.
Add chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
Pick up each ball with a toothpick and dip into the melted chocolate.
(You do not have to cover the ball entirely with chocolate.
You can leave a little place around the toothpick that is not dipped in chocolate, so it will look like a buckeye.)
Place dipped balls on waxed paper.
Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
