Peanut Butter Balls
Peanut Butter Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1/4 c. honey, 1/4 c. low-fat dry powdered milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 c. chocolate cookie crumbs (about 8 cookies), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a small bowl combine the peanut butter, honey, powdered milk and vanilla.
Stir until well blended.
Place cookie crumbs in a shallow bowl.
With hands, shape about 1 teaspoon of mixture into a ball; roll in crumbs.
Place on a large plate.
Repeat with remaining dough.
Makes 42 balls.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Each ball contains 30 calories.
