Peanut Brittle Candy
Peanut Brittle Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 c. white karo syrup, 2 c. raw peanuts and 1 tbsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, water and syrup together. Bring to a hard boil. Then add peanuts and cook on medium-high for about 20 or more minutes. Then take off stove and stir in the soda as fast as possible and pour onto greased cookie sheets.
Don't spread, tilt the pans and cool; break into small pieces.
