Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 light corn syrup, 1 1/2 c. shelled raw peanuts and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease baking sheet heavily.
Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in a 3-quart casserole.
Stir in peanuts.
Microwave at High (100%) until light brown, 10 to 13 minutes, stirring 1 to 2 times.
Stir in remaining ingredients until light and foamy.
Quickly spread on greased baking sheet.
Spread as thin as possible for brittle candy.
Cool and break into pieces.
Yield: about 2 pounds.
