Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 tsp. soda, 1 c. light corn syrup and 2 c. peanuts (dry roast), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, syrup and water in 3-quart pan.
Cook and stir to 230°.
Add margarine.
Stir frequently.
When temperature reaches 280°, add nuts.
Stir constantly to 305°.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soda quickly and pour on greased cookie sheet. Cool and crack.
