Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white corn syrup, 1/2 c. water, 1 to 1 1/2 c. shelled peanuts and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Butter sheet pan of aluminum foil at least 2 feet long.
In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup and water.
Boil to 280Β° (soft crack stage).
Add peanuts and cook until mixture is light brown.
Immediately remove from heat and add butter, baking soda and salt.
Pour onto the buttered foil, spread peanuts and brittle evenly.
Break into pieces.
