Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. water, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 lb. raw peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook sugar, syrup and water in a pan until it forms a brittle ball when tested in cold water.
Add butter and peanuts.
Cook until mixture is nicely brown.
Before removing from heat, add coconut and soda; stir thoroughly.
When bubbles nearly disappear, pour into buttered shallow pan and cool, then turn up and take back of a tablespoon and break into serving pieces.
