Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white karo, 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 3 c. peanuts and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook syrup, water and sugar until it spins a thread. Pour in 3 cups raw shelled peanuts.
Cook on high, stirring constantly. Cook until peanuts turn golden brown. Then put in butter. Turn off heat and let butter melt.
Stir in salt and soda, then pour on greased cookie sheet and let cool.
