Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 2 c. white karo syrup, 1 c. water, 4 c. raw peanuts and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large pan, bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil (250° on candy thermometer).
Add peanuts and butter.
Boil to 300° on candy thermometer.
Remove from fire and add soda.
Stir thoroughly and pour quickly without using a spoon to spread onto well-greased cookie sheet.
Let cool, then break into pieces.
This recipe may be cut in half.
